Hunters 100% electric Yutong GTe14 executive coach

Now recruiting · PCV Category D drivers

Drive for a family business that knows your name

Are you an experienced PCV coach or bus driver looking for your next role? Hunters Executive Coaches is a family-owned operator based in Tullibody, Clackmannanshire, and we’re recruiting experienced Category D drivers now. You’ll get competitive pay above the Scottish Living Wage, 28 days’ holiday, a contributory pension and modern executive and 100% electric coaches – with a team where every driver is known by name, not by a staff number.

Why Drivers Choose Hunters

A proper job with a proper local company – here’s what you get when you join our team.

Competitive pay

Competitive rates – always above the Scottish Living Wage. We’re a Scottish Living Wage employer and every driver is paid the same rate.

A better work–life balance

No 24/7 rotating rotas and no regular late-night shifts – just occasional later finishes for private hire work. Flexible working options are available.

28 days’ holiday & pension

28 days’ paid holiday including bank holidays (pro rata if you work fewer days), plus a contributory pension scheme.

Modern & electric fleet

Drive our 40 modern executive coaches and minibuses – including our new 100% electric Yutong GTe14s – all maintained in our own Tullibody workshop.

Real variety

Day trips, Highland tours, UK coach holidays with Breaks2Go, cruise shore excursions, sporting events, school and local bus work.

Family-owned since the 1980s

You’re part of the team from day one. Talk directly to the people who run the business – not a call centre or HR portal.
